1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and terms carry specific meanings in these Terms:

3. Account Security

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on bdbj: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. A minimum deposit of ৳100 (one hundred taka) applies for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly, though delays may occasionally occur on the payment provider's end.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Your account must be verified to make a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• A national identity card or similar document may be requested for identity verification.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to review by bdbj.

4.3 Currency and Taxes

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before withdrawal, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be completed. The specific terms of each offer apply when claiming a bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed by a user only once.
• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be cancelled or changed. bdbj reserves the right to void bets in cases of incorrect odds or results arising from a technical error or feed issue.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sporting body (such as ICC, BPL, FIFA). For gaming results, the server logs of the relevant game provider will be considered final.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

A maximum win limit may be set for each game or betting market. This limit will be stated on the relevant game or market page. bdbj is not obligated to pay out winnings beyond the specified limit.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is interrupted due to a server outage, loss of internet connection or any other technical issue, bdbj will investigate and make a decision — that decision will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbj platform. If any of these occur, immediate account cancellation and legal action may be taken:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to place bets or operate games.
• Using another person's account or allowing a third party to use your own account.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits.
• Hacking, cracking or any other unauthorised access to the platform's software.
• Any attempt to artificially influence game results.
• Harassment, intimidation or inappropriate behaviour towards other users.
• Spreading false or misleading information on the platform.
